A lack of evidence means Indiana Jones star Shia LaBeouf won't face DUI charges for the July car crash that crushed his hand, People reports. Prosecutors plan instead to file charges against the other driver, who ran a red light. The sheriff's office no longer has a beef with LaBeouf, but he has a DMV hearing today and may have his license suspended for refusing a breathalyzer after the incident.
