With persistent rumors circulating about marital strife between Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, celebrity watchers are keeping a close eye on her social media moves. Page Six reports the supermodel "seemed to very publicly hint" at problems when she liked an Instagram post from author and former monk Jay Shetty on Tuesday. "You can’t be in a committed relationship with someone who is inconsistent with you. Read that again," Shetty's post said. Bundchen also left a prayer-hands emoji on the second part of Shetty's caption, which read, "Love is a daily effort. Some days it may come easier than others and that’s OK, but what should always stay consistent is the respect and admiration you have for your partner’s values and goals," People reports.

Sources said last week that the couple had hired divorce lawyers and were looking into sharing custody of their two children, a 12-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter. Bundchen and Brady, who have been married for 13 years, have also co-parented Brady's 15-year-old son from a previous relationship. Neither Bundchen nor Brady has discussed the rumors with the media.

On his SiriusXM show with Jim Gray on Monday, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback talked about the pressures of life and highlighted World Mental Health Day, People reports. Relieving stress is something "I've always continued to try to work at, and it's obviously a challenge for me and different forms of whether it's physical therapy or mental therapy, you know, all those things I've definitely done over the years," he said.
