Donald Trump has found his way back onto Forbes' list of the 400 richest Americans. The former president was excluded in 2021 for the first time in 25 years. But with an estimated net worth of $3.2 billion—up from $2.5 billion last year—he's back for 2022 in the No. 343 position, tied with Campbell's heir Bennett Dorrance, Yahoo! co-founder David Filo, and Las Vegas casino mogul Steve Wynn, per CBS News. Trump's "single most valuable asset" is his 80% stake in Trump Media & Technology Group, according to Forbes, which has much more on Trump's wealth. It also shines a light on those billionaires who are still "too poor" to make the list, which features Elon Musk in the No. 1 slot with $251 billion, followed by Jeff Bezos at $151 billion and Bill Gates at $106 billion. A selection:

  • Oprah Winfrey: $2.5 billion
  • Berkshire Hathaway Vice Chair Charlie Munger: $2.1 billion
  • Kanye West: $2 billion
  • Kim Kardashian: $1.8 billion
  • Tim Cook: $1.8 billion
  • Michael Jordan: $1.7 billion
  • Peter Jackson: $1.5 billion
  • JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon: $1.4 billion
Showing just how much wealth is concentrated at the top, Forbes notes it found "more than 300 American billionaires who have ten-figure fortunes, but not enough dough to crack The Forbes 400." This year's cutoff was $2.7 billion, compared to $1.1 billion a decade ago. (See the full list here.)
