Paris Hilton wasn't just  being a spoiled brat when she cried injustice on being hauled back to jail earlier this week. The weepy celebutante is in fact doing more hard time than most people guilty of crimes like hers, the LA Times reports after  analyzing 1,500 similar cases in the last five years.

If Paris had stayed home when the sheriff  sprung her after the first four days, her stint would have been similar to those served by 60% of those offenders. If she serves 23 days of her 45-day sentence, she'll be behind bars longer than 80% of her prison peer group—those arrested for drunk driving and jailed for a probation violation or driving without a license.
