Not satisfied with being the walking stereotype of an overbearing stage mom, Lindsay Lohan's mother, Dina, is negotiating with E! to star in a reality show in which she tries to manage her two younger children to stardom. Criticism has been intense: "She totally messed up Lindsay by living vicariously through her," says one insider.

"It's hideous that she is using her children to fulfill her own ambitions," says a therapist. Lindsay Lohan isn't available to appear just now—the 20-year-old is in rehab for the second time after getting hit with DUI and drug possession charges.
