Fotis Dulos is unable to leave his house after interfering with a memorial in honor of the estranged wife he's accused of killing. "What he did was stupid. Don't do it again," Judge Gary White said Thursday from Stamford/Norwalk Superior Court in Connecticut, noting Dulos had violated the terms of his $6 million bond, which allowed him to leave his Farmington home only to work or get groceries, per ABC News. Those privileges were revoked after Dulos removed several items from the memorial for Jennifer Farber Dulos, erected at the end of his street, during what prosecutors called an "unauthorized stop." His lawyer, Norm Pattis, said he'd removed items that were "put there for the purpose of taunting him," per CNN.

Supporters of his estranged wife, a mother of five who is presumed dead after vanishing in May 2019, were "encouraging people to place items outside of his home" in what "might be harassment in any other context," Pattis said, per ABC. "I remind the supporters that Jennifer is missing" as "we've yet to see persuasive evidence of [a death]," he told reporters outside the courthouse, Dulos at his side. The 52-year-old pleaded not guilty to murder, felony murder, and kidnapping charges at the Thursday hearing, where he was told his bond would be raised to $12 million following another violation. (Two others charged in the case have yet to enter pleas.)
