The game delivers a fun and inventive way to tone muscles, improve balance, and burn calories, but hard-core athletes will likely find it to be no more than an interesting diversion. "Wii-Fit delivers on its slogan "Fitness Made Fun," and it will get both kids and adults exercising," Gunmundsen writes. "It's a good program to explore if you are new to fitness or if you need fun games to motivate you to move."
