A second man has been arrested in connection with Mac Miller's death. The rapper was found dead of a drug overdose on Sept. 7, 2018, in his Studio City, California, home, and authorities say he was given counterfeit oxycodone pills laced with fentanyl, cocaine, and Xanax two days before he died. Authorities believe Miller, 26, died after snorting the drugs. Earlier this month, a Los Angeles man was arrested for allegedly giving him those pills, and now 36-year-old Ryan Reavis has been arrested in Arizona.
Police say that while investigating Miller's death, they found Reavis in possession of a doctor's prescription pad, prescription-only pills, drug paraphernalia, and pot. His home was searched in connection with the case, per the Arizona Republic, and firearms and ammunition were also seized from the home. He was arrested on fraud, drug, and gun possession charges.
