Brown Calls It a Career

Looks like Antonio Brown and his agent see things a little differently. The former New England Patriots receiver—who was let go by the team amid sexual abuse allegations—took to Twitter on Sunday to say he was done with the NFL, USA Today reports. "Will not be playing in the @NFL anymore these owners can cancel deals do whatever they want at anytime we will see if the @NFLPA hold them accountable sad they can just void guarantees anytime going on 40m 2 months will see if they pay up!" he tweeted. This after his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, tweeted Saturday that Brown was healthy and "hopes to play for another team soon."

Brown expressed more frustration in a pair of now-deleted tweets. One referred to Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, who was briefly suspended by his team in 2010 after a sexual-assault allegation led to no charges: "4 games for Big Ben crazy world I'm done with it," wrote Brown. In another tweet he brought up Patriots owner Robert Kraft, who was charged with soliciting prostitution in February and pleaded not guilty: "Kraft got caught in the parlor AB speculations fired different strokes different folks clearly." In related news, the New York Post reports that Patriots fans are threatening the Sports Illustrated reporter who revealed the second accusation against Brown.
