A 13-year-old boy was arrested after police say he stabbed his older brother three times in the arm with a pocketknife during a family road trip. "I'd rather be in jail than eight hours in the car with him," the unidentified boy from Clarkson, Tenn., told deputies in Okaloosa County, Fla., per WEAR-TV. The older brother, who is 15, was treated for his injuries at a local hospital.

The younger boy says he has no regrets because his older brother was "picking on him and grabbing him" incessantly in the car and refused to stop when when the younger boy asked. At that point, the 13-year-old "pulled out his Sheffield multi-tool knife" and stabbed his brother, according to the police report. The boy faces charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, per the AP. It wasn't clear whether police actually took him to jail. (More brothers stories.)
