The end of Game of Thrones hit star Kit Harington very hard, friends say. Sources tell Page Six that the 32-year-old actor, who played Jon Snow, checked into a luxury treatment facility in Connecticut almost a month ago and is being treated for stress, exhaustion, and alcohol issues. "He realized 'this is it—this is the end,' it was something they had all worked so hard on for so many years," a friend says. "Kit has decided to utilize this break in his schedule as an opportunity to spend some time at a wellness retreat to work on some personal issues," a representative tells BuzzFeed. In a recent interview with Esquire, Harington said he broke down after filming his final scenes. "It was this onslaught of relief and grief about not being able to do this again," he said. (Last year, Harington married co-star Rose Leslie, whose Wildling character was killed off in 2014.)
