Co-hosts Sandra Oh and Andy Samberg got things started on a positive note, and then it was time for the awards Sunday night at the Golden Globes. And the winners are:

  • Best supporting actor, TV: Ben Whishaw, A Very English Scandal
  • Best actress, limited series or TV movie: Patricia Arquette, Escape at Dannemora
  • Best original score, motion picture: Justin Hurwitz, First Man
  • Best original song, motion picture: "Shallow," A Star Is Born
  • Best supporting actress, motion picture: Regina King, If Beale Street Could Talk
  • Best actress, TV series, drama: Sandra Oh, Killing Eve
  • Best supporting actor, motion picture: Mahershala Ali, Green Book
  • Best screenplay, motion picture: Green Book
  • Best supporting actress, TV: Patricia Clarkson, Sharp Objects
  • Best actor, motion picture, musical or comedy: Christian Bale, Vice
  • Best foreign language film: Roma
  • Best actor, limited series or TV movie: Darren Criss, The Assassination of Gianni Versace
