Neil Young has confirmed his marriage to Daryl Hannah in the most Neil Young way possible. The singer—who was rumored to have wed the actress in August—casually referred to her as his wife in a post on his website accompanying a new video for classic 1970 song "Ohio," ET reports. "With no real laws protecting us from guns, and with politicians supporting the NRA because the NRA supports them, we are not well represented," he wrote, praising students "demanding change in violent times." "My wife Daryl and I put this video together for you to reflect on," he wrote. "Support the students. Support our children. They want protection. No more guns." Hannah and Young started dating in 2014.

The new video mixes footage of a solo rendition of the Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young song with images from recent school shootings as well as the Kent State massacre that inspired the original, Rolling Stone reports. "Give us common sense gun laws that protect our people, in schools, in places of worship, in the workplace, and on the streets," Young wrote, urging supporters to vote in the midterm elections. People reports that Young, 72, and the 57-year-old Hannah actually had two wedding ceremonies: One on his yacht in Washington state at the end of July, and one in California with around 100 guests a month later. (In 2015, Young told the Trump campaign to stop using one of his songs.)
