On ABC's This Week, White House adviser Larry Kudlow questioned the latest UN climate report—and Sen. Bernie Sander's wasn't letting it go. "The comments ... that Larry Kudlow made are so irresponsible, so dangerous that it's just hard to believe that a leading government official could make them," says Sanders, per the Hill. "We have 12 years." Indeed, the report warns that Earth must cut emissions by 45% before 2030 or risk a spike of 2.7-degrees Fahrenheit. Kudlow had questioned what the Economist calls a "meticulous" survey of over 6,000 studies: "Personally, I think the UN study is … way, way too difficult," says Kudlow.
