Cody Wilson, the Texas man who runs a controversial 3D-printed gun company at the center of a legal fight, is accused of paying an underage girl $500 to have sex with her. According to an arrest affidavit filed in Travis County district court on Wednesday, the 16-year-old told a counselor about the encounter, and the counselor in turn told police. The girl told authorities during an Aug. 27 forensic interview that she created an account on SugarDaddyMeet.com and began communicating with someone using the name "Sanjuro," who later identified himself as Wilson and told the girl he was "a big deal." Authorities say the girl sent him nude photos, and he sent her pictures of his penis, before meeting Aug. 15 and having sex at a hotel, the Austin American-Statesman reports. Wilson, 30, faces a charge of sexual assault, a second-degree felony, the Washington Post reports.

Police say they compared Sanjuro's SugarDaddyMeet.com profile photo to Wilson's driver's license photo and found they were the same person, and that they corroborated the girl's story via surveillance footage and hotel records. Wilson has not yet been arrested, though Ars Technica reports a judge signed the arrest warrant Wednesday; his last known whereabouts were in Taiwan, where he often travels for business, and police say they are working with international authorities to get him back to the US. Wilson was reportedly tipped off to the police investigation by a friend of the girl, and allegedly skipped his scheduled flight back to the US. The judge also ordered that upon his arrest, photographs of the inside of his upper legs be taken; Ars Technica notes this is presumably to help the alleged victim identify him. Court documents say he has a "uniquely identifiable skin condition." (More Cody Wilson stories.)
