The brother of confessed Parkland shooter Nikolas Cruz is back in jail a month after he received six months of probation for trespassing at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. Zachary Cruz, 18, was arrested Tuesday after a sheriff's deputy found him driving about 25 feet from a parking lot of Park Vista Community High School in Lake Worth, Fla., on Saturday, according to an arrest warrant. Cruz pleaded no contest to trespassing on March 29, per the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. As a condition of his parole, Cruz was ordered to stay at least a mile away from any school he doesn't attend, though authorities say he was also operating a vehicle without a driver's license. Cruz was booked into Palm Beach County Jail, per CNN. (More Florida stories.)
