A 1-year-old girl is dead in Tennessee after, police say, her 3-year-old brother accidentally shot and killed her. Memphis police say Shawn Moore, 25, put the girl, Robbin Keefer, in bed with his gun, the AP reports. Witnesses heard a gunshot Friday morning and found the girl had been shot. She was pronounced dead at a hospital. Moore, who police say initially fled the scene, turned himself in and has been charged with criminally negligent homicide, possessing a handgun as a convicted felon, and tampering with evidence.
