Police say they've apprehended the man suspected of "nonchalantly" walking into a Denver-area Walmart and shooting people at random, killing three. Scott Ostrem, 47, was taken into custody in Westminster, Colo., around 8am local time. 9News shares some details of his background, which includes a DUI charge in 2013 and a bankruptcy filing two years later. He has been a Denver and North Denver-area resident in recent years. More details will be provided in a morning press conference. No motive has been given. (More shooting stories.)
