Fixer Upper is about to start its fifth season, and the HGTV hosts announced Tuesday that it will also be their last. “While we are confident that this is the right choice for us, it has for sure not been an easy one to come to terms with," write Joanna and Chip Gaines on their blog. The show has become a mega-hit, consistently pulling in some of the highest ratings for the network, reports People. Season No. 5 starts in November.

The couple doesn't specify what's next, but they now run a mini-empire that includes a furniture line, a real estate company, and a sprawling market in Waco, Texas. "We aren’t done designing things to make your home your favorite place on earth," they write. "We aren’t done working towards restoration in all things or helping out those who could use a hand. In fact, in all of these of things, we are just getting started." (More Fixer Upper stories.)
