Bill Cosby has another trial date coming up in another alleged assault case: On Tuesday, a Los Angeles judge set July 30, 2018, as the tentative start date for a trial in the civil case from Judy Huth, who says Cosby sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974, when she was 15. The statute of limitations has passed, but Huth was able to file a civil suit in 2014 since she was a minor at the time of the alleged incident, Deadline reports. The expectation is that a trial in California would take place after Cosby's re-trial in Pennsylvania in the Andrea Constand case, which could happen this fall, the AP reports; the DA has pledged to seek a new trial after the first one ended in a mistrial. As such, one of Cosby's lawyers says his proposed town hall tour likely won't happen until after the re-trial. (More Bill Cosby stories.)
