Casey Anthony 'Bored' With Her 'Pointless' Life: Source

Casey Anthony may "sleep pretty good at night," per her own recent admission to the AP, but she's also apparently climbing the walls from a life of tedium and monotony. That from a source allegedly in contact with Anthony who talked to People, revealing the 31-year-old is "bored out of her mind" and lives a "pointless and aimless" existence. That day-to-day routine, per the source, includes watching a ton of TV, surfing the internet, and waiting for the few friends she has left to find availability from their own work and personal lives. And some parties are miffed with Anthony, another source reveals, believing they'd get a piece of whatever cash she brought in from her first big interview—which she ended up doing with the AP for free, a move that source calls "classic Casey."

Since being acquitted in 2011 of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, in 2008, Anthony is said to have seen a revolving door of residences in Florida, first residing with a pastor's family (a situation that apparently didn't end well, per a 2012 Radar article), then relocating to the home of her private investigator, Pat McKenna, for whom she reportedly does a bit of work. Her ennui isn't new: Last year she reportedly made similar complaints about her cocooned lifestyle, which a source said resembles that of "an old person on a fixed income." Meanwhile, TMZ has been keeping tabs on Anthony, showing her at happy hour and posting pics of her smiling and holding an infant (the grandson of an NBC producer who's become a friend) at a Clearwater restaurant. Those photos were taken in February. (How Anthony's parents reacted to her March interview.)
