Janet Jackson gave birth to her first child, Eissa Al Mana, Tuesday at the age of 50, People reports. "Janet had a stress-free healthy delivery and is resting comfortably," according to a statement. News of the "Nasty" singer's pregnancy first broke last May, and Jackson postponed the remainder of her world tour. "She'll be a great mother because she is very tough, very strict," her brother Jermaine said in May. Eissa's father is Jackson's third husband, Wissam Al Mana, who she married in 2012, the BBC reports. (More Janet Jackson stories.)
