A beautiful night on the red carpet jump-started the 68th Emmy Awards at Los Angeles' Microsoft Theater, followed by Jimmy Kimmel's exodus to the awards ceremony, with the cast of Modern Family, James Corden, and even Jeb Bush giving him a lift to the show. Kimmel's opening monologue touched on everything from diversity at the Emmys to Donald Trump. And it turned out a big night for both Game of Thrones and the FX anthology series The People v.
