Looking for an affordable place to live? Well, this probably won't come as a surprise to you, but don't move to California. Coldwell Banker put together its annual Home Listing Report, which looks at the average listing price of more than 81,000 Coldwell Banker listings of four-bed, two-bath homes for sale in almost 3,000 housing markets, and found that California locales make up half of the 100 most expensive markets in the US. In fact, all of the top five most expensive markets (and nine out of the top 10) are in sunny CA, CBS News reports. How about the least expensive markets? Here are the seven most affordable:

  1. Cleveland, Ohio: Average listing price $74,502
  2. Riverdale, Georgia: $79,223
  3. Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania: $79,480
  4. Detroit, Michigan: $81,616
  5. Alma, Michigan: $90,523
  6. Gloversville, New York: $91,406
  7. Euclid, Ohio: $92,550
