(AP Photo/Jim Mone) Good news for Walter Palmer: Zimbabwe announced Monday that the Minnesota dentist won't face charges for killing its most famous big cat, Cecil. "We approached the police and then the Prosecutor General, and it turned out that (Walter) Palmer came to Zimbabwe because all the papers were in order," the nation's environment minister said, per Reuters.
