Iraq's military is reporting the death of one its pilots in a training mission, with the unusual detail that it occurred a long way from home—in Arizona to be exact. Brig. Gen. Rasid Mohammed Sadeeq crashed Wednesday in an F-16 Fighting Falcon about 5 miles from the Douglas Municipal Airport near Tucson, reports AP. Sadeeq had been training with the Arizona Air National Guard's 162nd Wing. He'd been one of the Iraqi pilots chosen to fly Iraq's first F-16 jets, which are due to be delivered by the US this summer.
