It's a celeb custody fight of sorts: In Touch Weekly reports that actress Sofia Vergara is being sued by her former fiance to keep her from destroying frozen embryos they created together. The court papers refer to Jane and John Doe, but In Touch says the pseudonyms are for Vergara and businessman Nick Loeb, who split about a year ago. Specifically, the lawsuit seeks to preserve two female embryos frozen at a fertility clinic. Loeb and Vergara apparently were forward-thinking enough to spell out what would happen to the embryos if one of them died, but not if they broke up. (Vergara is now engaged to a new guy.)
