(AP Photo/PennLive.com, Mark Pynes) The police department in Merrimack, NH, which has seen perhaps more than its fair share of white stuff this year, has apparently had it with winter: As such, it's issued an arrest warrant for the little prognosticating rodent that sentenced us to six more weeks, via a tongue-in-cheek Facebook post announcing the warrant for Punxsutawney Phil after "several complaints from the public that this little varmint is held up in a hole, warm and toasty."
