Apparently Charlie Sheen's crazy days aren't over quite yet: A dental technician is suing the actor, alleging assault, battery, sexual battery, and intentional affliction of emotional distress. Margaret Palestino says the dentist told her to put a nitrous oxide mask on Sheen; she did so, and the actor leaped out of his chair and started screaming at her and the two dentists in the room. Eventually the first dentist got him back in his seat and told Palestino to try again; she did, and then, according to her lawsuit, obtained by E!, Sheen grabbed her breast and started pulling at her scrubs and bra strap while yelling, "I'm going to kill you!"

Palestino says that after she left the room, Sheen lunged at the second dentist with a knife and then stabbed the dental chair. Yet the first dentist still wanted to press on, the suit says, asking Palestino to come back into the room and put a topical anesthetic on Sheen's mouth instead. But things continued to go poorly, Palestino says, with Sheen continuing to yell threateningly and ultimately punching her in the chest; she says the first dentist told her the actor had been high on crack, Theradol, and alcohol. But Sheen's lawyer says the lawsuit is a "ridiculous and fictional" response by the technician because she "[lost] her job for violating HIPAA laws protecting patients," though he does acknowledge that Sheen had a "bad reaction" to the nitrous oxide because of the prescription medications he's on for a shoulder injury.
