Walk into a shop that sells legal marijuana, and you're likely to come across products such as "Reefer's Peanut Butter Cup" or "Mr. Dankbar." Get it? Hershey does, and it's not amused. The candy giant has sued marijuana cooperatives in Seattle and Colorado for hawking products that look awfully similar to some of its well-known brands, reports Seattle's KOMO News.

"This is a time—a new frontier, a lot of changing policies within our country right now, and I think these are issues that we're going to be grappling with as the cannabis industry grows up and moves to the next level and becomes a more mainstream commodity," says the executive director of the Seattle Hempfest organization. In the meantime, attention Quaker Oats: A reporter for KIRO 7 strolled to a another co-op in Seattle and found a product called "Cap'n Cosmic" that looks a lot like a certain breakfast cereal.
