Stop us if you've heard this one before, but you can officially stop wondering what the heck Katy Perry sees in John Mayer: They're over, a source tells E!. The "news" (which is painfully lacking in detail other than the break-up happened within the past few days) comes just days after the gossip world was speculating the two might be engaged, thanks to a huge diamond ring Perry was spotted wearing last week. In other estranged-celebrity-couple news, TMZ reports that Robin Thicke is determined to win back Paula Patton ... and that he'll do so by no longer going out on the town and flirting with other women. Charming!
