Six people, including one Brian Holloway had previously taken under his wing, have been arrested after the ex-NFLer agreed to charge those involved in a destructive Labor Day weekend party at his vacant New York home—and hundreds of arrests may still be on the way, police say. In what Holloway calls "a shocker," police allege Seth Hawk, 19, a then-homeless teen who lived with the family for a time about four years ago, promoted the party and supplied alcohol. He faces burglary and criminal mischief charges, as well as misdemeanor offenses, though Holloway tells the AP, "We're still pulling for him. This may be the thing to get him on track."
"Everyone that broke the law, I'm pressing charges against," says Holloway. "The parents had a chance and students had chance to come forward"—but only four did. Some parents even threatened to sue Holloway, who posted party photos from social media to a site of his own. One told the Albany Times Union, "the direction this is going is completely out of control." She said she'd discipline her son, who attended, as she liked.
