A sad detail from a lightning strike last week that killed a couple at the Grand Canyon—they were young honeymooners, reports the Arizona Republic. Aram Kawewong and Ratchaya Tantranon, both 20, had recently married in Thailand and had come to the US for their honeymoon, the woman's American cousin tells the newspaper. Their remains will be cremated and sent back to Thailand for burial. An American teen from Texas was injured in the same strike—his legs went numb—but he was fine in a matter of hours.
