Cyrus Divorce Is Back On

Cue the "Achy Breaky Heart" jokes: Billy Ray Cyrus and wife Tish are divorcing after 19 years of marriage. "But wait," you say. "This story sounds familiar." That's because Billy Ray filed for divorce in 2010, then called it off the following year. This time around, Tish is the one doing the filing, People reports. Both she and her soon-to-be ex released the standard "This is a personal matter" statements asking for privacy. Tish wants primary custody of daughter Noah, 13, as well as spousal support.

Radar reports that yesterday afternoon Miley Cyrus tweeted at her dad, but later deleted: "Since your texts and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this?" As for Miley, despite rumors that her love life is also not doing so well, she called into a radio show Wednesday and said in no uncertain terms, "I'm engaged," ETOnline reports.
