8 Awful Celebrity Neighbors

Sure, Justin Bieber is a terrible neighbor—to the point where his gated community is withholding the $1,000-per-month homeowner's association fee until something is done about him. But he's far from the only celebrity you wouldn't want next-door. The Stir rounds up seven more:

• Not only did Amanda Bynes (allegedly) smoke marijuana so often that her neighbors complained about the smell ... she also apparently liked to yell "You're ugly!" when she saw them. Needless to say, she finally got evicted.
• Katy Perry was accused of waking up her neighbors in quite possibly the most disturbing way possible: by having loud sex with John Mayer.

• Chris Brown's neighbors were actually scared by the graffiti he had outside his home. He ended up getting fined for it, even though he insisted it was "art."
