The offending shirt.   (Rich Soil)

If you thought perhaps New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo had better things to do than concern himself with the Kardashians, you'd be wrong. His administration recently ordered Khloe Kardashian and hubby Lamar Odom to stop selling a T-shirt that's currently available through their clothing line, Rich Soil, the New York Daily News reports. Why? The logo on the T-shirt looks too much like a logo used by the New York Department of Agriculture.

The Rich Soil shirt features a circular logo with "Rich Soil New York" surrounding a picture of the Statue of Liberty; the Department of Ag's logo has the words "Pride of New York" also circling a nearly identical image of the Statue of Liberty, and uses a similar font. (Compare for yourself in the gallery.) A Department of Ag lawyer warned that if Rich Soil does not comply within five days, it will get sued by New York state. So far, shirts bearing the logo are still for sale on the company's website for $35. (More Andrew Cuomo stories.)
