It took Ashton Kutcher more than a year after their split to finally file for divorce from Demi Moore, and almost five months later, they're still officially married. Their latest hangup? An eight-figure venture capital fund co-founded by Kutcher. E! rounds up five more ex-couples who aren't, technically, exes quite yet:

David Arquette filed for divorce from Courteney Cox in June 2012, almost two years after they announced their separation. Almost one year later, still no official divorce.
Despite the contentiousness over Heidi Klum's relationship with "the help," there has been no advancement in her divorce from Seal for more than a year.

Based on court documents, a settlement could currently be in the works—but as of now, Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli are still married, more than a year after announcing their impending divorce.
