Dzhokhar Tsarnaev spoke with investigators about his brother's widow, telling them she didn't have a hand in the Boston Marathon plot, an official tells USA Today. Tsarnaev reportedly discussed Katherine Russell with authorities days after the attacks. Meanwhile, Russell has bolstered her legal team with a leading New York lawyer, Joshua Dratel, who has represented terror suspects in the past—among them a Guantanamo detainee, the AP reports. Russell is set for further talks with investigators, lawyer Amato DeLuca says, as "part of a series of meetings over many hours where she has answered questions."
