Lady Gaga Cancels Entire Tour

Lady Gaga had already postponed three shows due to "chronic pain," but things just got more serious: Turns out she needs hip surgery and has to cancel the rest of her Born This Way Ball tour, Reuters reports. She has a labral tear of the right hip, and will need "strict downtime to recover" after it is repaired, Live Nation says in a statement. The injury was originally thought to be joint inflammation, but additional tests upped the severity of things. Her tour had 20 US dates remaining. (More Lady Gaga stories.)
