Ex-Neighbor Helped Shooter Get Guns: Report

The man who killed two firefighters in an ambush was a convicted murderer, so how did he get the arsenal to pull off his plan? The Democrat and Chronicle of Rochester may have the answer: A woman who used to be his neighbor and her daughter helped Spengler get the guns, though it's not clear when. Spengler apparently said so in his note to police, sources tell the newspaper. Expect one or both women to be arrested soon.
