Beyonce Gives Kim Kardashian the Cold Shoulder

It seems a star on the Walk of Fame isn't the only status symbol out of Kim Kardashian's reach. The reality TV star has apparently been trying to snatch a new, high-profile friend—namely, Beyonce. And that quest hasn't been going so well. Though it may seem like a natural fit (Kanye West and Jay-Z are "best pals" in the words of the New York Daily News), a source tells the paper that Kim and Beyonce "barely spoke to each other" at a Philadelphia festival their men performed at on Saturday.

Continues the source, "They were on opposite sides of the stage. Beyonce didn’t even acknowledge [Kardashian] was there until the concert was almost over." But it also didn't seem like Kim was making a valiant effort. She spent much of the night with pal Jonathan Cheban by her side. In the dressing room, the ladies "made small talk ... but you could tell Kim was uncomfortable. She clung onto Kanye the entire time and didn’t say much." (More Kim Kardashian stories.)
