Sticky-fingered Lindsay Lohan is a suspect in the theft of $100,000 worth of watches and pricey sunglasses from a private home, law enforcement sources tell TMZ. The goods vanished from the Hollywood Hills mansion of investor Sam Magid during a time both Lohan and her assistant Gavin Doyle—who's also a suspect—were visiting, say the sources.

Now, suddenly, Magid wants to withdraw his theft complaint, but sources tell TMZ that the investigation is continuing based on other witness accounts. LAPD detectives contacted a lawyer for Lohan and Doyle yesterday requesting an interview, but the lawyer refused. Lohan is currently on probation in a case involving a necklace theft at a California jewelry store. (More Lindsay Lohan stories.)
