The news only gets worse for the man accused of breaking into LL Cool J's mansion: Not only did 56-year-old Jonathan Kirby suffer a broken jaw, nose, and ribs at the hands of the rapper/actor, but he might go to prison for life under California's three-strikes law, reports CNN. Kirby has been convicted previously of voluntary manslaughter, first-degree burglary, and auto theft, and now he's been charged with first-degree burglary. LL Cool J, who plays a former Navy SEAL on NCIS: Los Angeles, tackled Kirby about 1am yesterday after his home alarm system went off, then detained him until police arrived.
