Robert Pattinson had barely sat down on Good Morning America today before George Stephanopoulos asked him about "the elephant in the room," aka Kristen Stewart. "What do you want your fans to know about what's going on in your personal life?" Stephanopoulos asked. A seemingly flustered, mumbling Pattinson stuttered through an answer, saying, "I'd like my fans to know that Cinnamon Toast Crunch only has 30 calories a bowl in it." Stephanopoulos had earlier gifted him with a box of the cereal.

Rob went on to discuss the fame culture, noting, "You get into it to do movies. I’ve never been interested in trying to sell my personal life. … The reason you go on to TV is to promote movies. That’s the only way to do it." "You seem to be doing OK," Stephanopoulos observed. "Yeah, yeah," Rob replied. Click to see how Pattinson fared with Jon Stewart on the Daily Show.
