(AP Photo/Alan Davidson/The Picture Library Ltd) Billionaire Tetra Pak heir Hans Kristian Rausing has been charged with preventing the lawful and decent burial of his wife, Eva, whose body may have lain in the couple's luxury home for weeks before it was discovered. Rausing, who was arrested last week on suspicion of murder, is being treated in medical facility for alcohol withdrawal and is expected in court today, the Telegraph reports. Police found his wife's body earlier this month when they searched their home after he was stopped on suspicion of driving under the influence. The high-society pair had long struggled with addiction to hard drugs and Eva was arrested in 2008 after trying to smuggle cocaine into a party at the US embassy. Her family is standing by him. "Eva and Hans Kristian were a devoted and loving couple for the 21 years they spent together," said her father, a retired Pepsi executive. "They benefited thousands of lives through their personal involvement and philanthropic activities. They bravely battled their demons and supported each other and Eva will be a devastating loss to our beloved 'son' Hans Kristian, whom we love unconditionally with all our heart."
