(AP Photo/Miami-Dade Police Dept.) Whatever the cause of Rudy Eugene's horrifying attack on a homeless 65-year-old in Miami two weeks ago, it looks like he was not actually eating Ron Poppo's face. No human flesh was found in Eugene's stomach, according to preliminary autopsy results, reports the New York Daily News. There was pot found in Eugene's system, as well as several undigested pills—although the exact kind of pills will not be known until a toxicology report is finished. Full results of the autopsy are unlikely to be released for several months, until prosecutors have finished their investigation.
