The Hunger Games swallowed the competition for a second weekend in a row, gobbling up $61.1 million to cross the $250 million threshold in just 10 days—the fastest ever for a non-sequel, notes the Hollywood Reporter. Hunger Games dwarfed new entrants on the scene Wrath of the Titans, which pulled in $34.2 million, and Julia Roberts' latest, Mirror Mirror, which saw only $19 million on the wall. Globally, Hunger Games has now pulled down $364.9 million. Rounding out the top 10:

  1. Jump Street, $15 million
  2. Dr Seuss' The Lorax, $8 million
  3. John Carter, $2 million
  4. Salmon Fishing in the Yemen, $1.3 million
  5. Act of Valor, $1 million
  6. A Thousand Words, $915,000
  7. Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, $835,000
