The plot thickened today in the case of the grenade and shooting rampage in Liege, Belgium, when police announced that they'd found a woman's body hidden in a shack that alleged gunman Nordine Amrani was using to grow marijuana. The woman is said to be a 45-year-old who worked for Amrani's neighbors as a cleaner, the BBC reports. The shack also contained a stockpile of weapons and ammunition.

Police knew Amrani from prior run-ins with the law; he was to appear before police for questioning related to a sex-abuse case yesterday, the New York Times reports. They still aren't sure precisely what prompted the 33-year-old's rampage, but prosecutors say they "totally rule out" organized terrorism. A 17-month-old girl wounded in the attack died last night, but the death toll still stands at four, because a 75-year-old woman who had been reported dead is actually still alive. Some 125 were wounded. (More Liege stories.)
