Jacksons Want Murray Documentary Axed

Conrad Murray has been found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson and MSNBC shouldn't be airing a documentary that shifts the blame back to the singer, lawyers for the Jackson estate say. Michael Jackson and the Doctor: A Fatal Friendship is scheduled to air tomorrow night, but the Jackson lawyers are demanding that the "reprehensible" tell-all documentary be shelved, the Los Angeles Times reports.

In an angry letter to MSNBC, even the documentary's name is slammed by the lawyers. "Since when was Dr. Murray ever Michael Jackson's friend? Since when does any doctor—let alone any friend—act in such an irresponsible manner in the care and treatment of another human being?" they ask.
