Actress (and singer) Zooey Deschanel is getting a divorce from hubby (and singer) Ben Gibbard and, blessedly, there's no Kardashian-like drama. "It's amicable, it's mutual," a source tells People. Deschanel, 31, married the 35-year-old Death Cab for Cutie frontman in 2009. (Deschanel has a new show on Fox called the New Girl.)
